TICKETS 

• Lost - All guests are on our database and almost all are e-tickets. We will find you!

• Refund - Yes, up to 4 days prior to event

• Buy on day? - Yes

PARKING

• Directions - AA signs on all routes and warning signs close to site. Between Upper Dicker and Berwick

• Nearest Railway - Berwick (1 mile); Polegate (6); Lewes (7.8); Brighton (20); Eastbourne (11)

THINGS TO PACK

• Fireworks - Sorry, but no

• Cameras - Yes of course

• Own food and drink - Yes, outside music arenas but not inside: licensing laws. It’s like taking own food to a pub

• Dogs - Very welcome on leads. We have a dog show, dog groomer and walker

• Fold up chairs - Yes but please take away after dark

ACCESS FOR DISABLED

• Concessions - Free carer ticket if accompanying disabled person

• Parking - Dedicated parking very close to music arenas

CAMPING

• When arrive/leave - From 7pm Thursday; From 8am Fri, Sat, Sun

• 1 night only - No problem

• Car pitch size - 6 x 4m

• Live-in vehicle pitch - 10 x 10m ie. generous

• Car by tent? - Afraid not. Children risk of injury & licensing rules

• Groups - Contact charles@nakedvine.org if you are 6 or more and we will get you your own space

• Tent size limits - No, within reason

• Awning - Fine

• Water - 6 standpipes marked with signs. Water is drinkable and has been tested (Liquiline)

• BBQ - Small ones OK

FACILITIES

• Loos - 25 plus disabled and 3 urinals with privacy fences

• Showers - 12 in 2 blocks. Heated

• Cash - As a last resort. Site is cashless

• Kids - Child Welfare Officers, Graffiti classes, Sew In Tents, Eco Glitter, Creation Station

OTHER

• Charity - PAWS (People’s Animal Welfare Society). They are staging dog shows

• ID - We operate Challenge 25 policy but no problem if you are over 25 (which most of you are!)

• Medical - Provided by Elite Medical who have an ambulance. Best team in area.
